Cancellation and charges
Email contact@klytora.com to cancel. Charges apply to the total price: over 72 hours before start — none; 72–24 hours — 30%; under 24 hours or no-show — 100%. Unused days after the start are not refunded. Terms and price are given before ordering per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection".
Refunds and deposit
Refunds are paid by the original payment method within 10 business days of written confirmation. Provider fees are not refunded unless we caused the cancellation; if we cancel, you get a full refund or an equivalent replacement. Deposits are released within 7 business days of return, less itemised charges for damage, fuel, cleaning or late return.
Weather, hours and vehicle availability
Rentals run within published seasonal hours; weather alone gives no refund right. If safe operation is impossible for reasons attributable to us, we reschedule or refund the unused paid period. If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, we offer a comparable or higher-class replacement at no extra cost, or you may cancel for a full refund.

Contact contact@klytora.com or +380 685 989 9503; we reply within 10 business days. Booking data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX "On Personal Data Protection"; non-essential cookies need prior consent under Article 88 of Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications".
