Rental Terms and Requirements

1. Provider

2. Eligibility

Minimum age 18. Bring a passport or ID card and, for mopeds and motorcycles, an AM, A1 or A licence. Handover is refused if documents are expired or do not match the rider.

3. Helmets and traffic

A certified helmet for rider and passenger is included and compulsory. Follow Ukrainian road traffic rules, ride only on permitted roads, never under the influence, and never exceed the seat count.

4. Deposit and insurance

A refundable deposit is blocked at handover and released within 7 business days of return. Damage, fines and late returns are deducted with a photo protocol and invoice. Third-party liability cover is included; the optional damage waiver is void for intoxicated or unlisted riders, off-road use, racing or subletting.

5. Use restrictions

No subletting, resale, modification, off-road riding, racing, delivery work, towing, or taking the vehicle out of Ukraine. Return it at the agreed time and place.

6. Safety

Inspect the vehicle with our staff before departure, report defects at once, fasten the helmet and lock the vehicle. After an accident call emergency services first, then us.

7. Cancellation and complaints

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start; later cancellation costs one day's rent. Complaints to contact@klytora.com are answered within 10 business days, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.

8. Data and cookies

Booking data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies need prior consent under Article 88 of Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'. Offers follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'; guided packages fall under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'.
