This notice explains how klytora.com LLC ('we') handles personal data for booking requests and our rental website. We identify ourselves before you order under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
Data and use
We collect name, phone, email, booking dates, messages, IP/device/browser data and cookie identifiers. We use them to answer requests, check availability, perform the rental contract, take payments, support you, secure the site, and measure analytics/ads with consent. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' we rely on pre-contract steps, contract performance, legal duties, legitimate interests and consent.
Cookies
Essential cookies work without consent. Non-essential cookies, analytics and ad measurement need your prior informed consent under Article 88 of Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'. You can refuse or withdraw consent in the cookie banner or browser settings.
Sharing and retention
We share data with payment, hosting, IT, analytics/advertising providers, advisers and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data. Booking inquiries are kept up to 12 months after last contact; contract and accounting records for statutory periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdraw consent. Contact contact@klytora.com first; you may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Booking and consumer terms
Before booking we provide rental terms, price, cancellation/refund rules and a complaint contact under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'. Advertising is accurate and identifiable under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'. Tourism packages disclose the operator/agent and terms under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'; pure rental may fall outside tourism licensing.
