Terms of Service
1. Provider
This website is operated by klytora.com, LLC, EDRPOU 16069100, 1A Sportyvna Square, Business Center Gulliver, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; contact@klytora.com; +380 685 989 9503. Published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
2. A request is not a confirmation
A booking request does not create a rental contract. A rental is confirmed only when we issue written acceptance stating the property, price, rental period, and cancellation and refund rules, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'. Until then availability and prices may change.
3. Accurate information and advertising
You agree to give true contact and booking details. Listings, prices and descriptions are advertising and must be accurate and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'. If a tourism package is offered, the operator and service terms are disclosed under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'.
4. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Texts, photographs, logos and code remain our property or that of our licensors. Scraping, copying, reselling, automated access or attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
5. Liability
We are liable only for damage caused by our fault, within the limits of Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'. We are not liable for indirect losses or interruptions caused by third parties, networks or force majeure.
6. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies and device storage are used only with your prior consent under Article 88 of Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.
7. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to contact@klytora.com or +380 685 989 9503; we reply within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
